James Harnden

With over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Jim Harnden focuses his efforts on tenant representation and works with the leading companies in the market. He has also helps a select group of real estate investors acquire assets for their portfolios.

Jim is perennially among the top brokers in the market. Of the five largest deals in 2018, HARNDEN represented 2 of those companies and 35% of all leases over 10,000 SF. These tenants include large national, regional and local leading companies in Southern Maine.

Jim is an active member of the Portland community with his affiliations in MEREDA, MCAR and previous leaderships positions with the Greater Portland Economic Development Corporation, Portland Community Chamber of Commerce and the associations listed below.
